Due to our continued growth, we have a position in our new Phoenix Sales Center for a talented Trainer to join our dynamic team. The Trainer is a multi-task oriented position requiring excellent customer service and organizational skills, computer literacy, and attention to detail. In this important role you will play an active role in helping to maximize individual and team performance

Training Responsibilities:

Supervises, evaluates and coaches employees while delivering training, as well as provides corrective and/or positive performance feedback as applicable. Documents performance of Agents in training and makes recommendations to advance, terminate or require additional training. Monitors and analyzes ongoing performance trends in order to make training and development recommendations. Acts as primary training support to Agents while class is in transition

Deliver approved New Hire and Developmental Training including but not limited to pertinent legislation, FWA, Security Awareness, PHI, CMS, Systems, Policies and Procedures, and Microsoft programs

Deliver client approved product training using a variety of delivery methods to keep classes fully engaged

Demonstrates ability to teach Agents how to clearly articulate Medicare and Individual & Family Plans (IFP) to customers who have varying ranges of understanding and/or experience with Medicare & IFP programs

Works with various departments' subject matter experts as needed to develop, enhances or updates training programs, including outlines, fact sheets, exams, and supporting documents.

Leads and/or participates in client calibration sessions to ensure alignment of training with client metrics

Maintains records of all training activities, including time sheets, evaluations and quality reviews

Regularly communicates with the management team to maintain product/service knowledge and ascertains additional training needs of Agents

Job Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, 2 years of college desired

Experience: Two years training experience in a sales organization preferred. Medicare and other insurance product sales experience is a must

Bilingual in Spanish is preferred

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities: Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning theories a plus. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required. Ability to educate, motivate and conduct interactive/lecture style instruction. Must be analytical, organized and detail oriented and possess excellent oral, written communication and proofreading skills. Demonstrated ability to manage resources and people
