Personal Trainer Jobs description
A personal trainer provides assistance including education and guidance for proper food intake, cardio respiratory training, and other supplementation. A personal trainer assists, monitors, and instructs the clients and ensures safe and effective use of equipments. Evaluating the need of members, assisting and encouraging them to achieve fitness goals, conducting fitness consultations and assessments, as well as developing unique and individualized programs ensuring client safety, satisfaction, and enhancement of personal fitness goals forms part of the job. A personal trainer is also expected to maintain consistent client base, and provide exceptional customer service to members and guests.A personal trainer should have a high school diploma. A GED with certificate of CPR is a plus. A 4 year degree in related field is also an advantage. A certification from a recognized fitness institute is often regarded well.
