We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated leader to support the deployment of our strategic plan.

 

THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Senior Manager - Learning, you will be collaborating with a dynamic team of learning experts. You will be responsible for driving our successful engagement strategy of Bell U, Bell's virtual university.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•    Collaborate to drive the Bell U marketing communications strategy to ensure optimal usage of the platform;
•    Lead in the curation of learning curriculums and pathways;
•    Manage Bell U cohorts with the goal of graduating learners: onboard learners, assign learning curriculum, find solutions to issues, track progress, manage vendor relationships;
 
CRITICAL COMPETENCIES:
•    Bilingual
•    Knowledge of learning principles and strategies
•    Excellent written communication skills
•    Excellent problem solving, analysis and process improvement skills
•    Proven track record of delivering projects on time and on budget
 
PREFERRED COMPETENCIES:
•    Bachelor's degree in Management, HR or equivalent work experience
•    Organized, disciplined and autonomous
•    Ability to work under pressure and manage several projects simultaneously
•    Proven ability to collaborate and influence internal clients and external partner
•    Knowledge of high-tech roles skills

 

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
