The Team

The Digital Showroom is a fully digital experience that currently focuses on the PVH wholesale selling process. There are a lot of opportunities to expand the use of these innovative tools. The Digital Selling team focuses on four key areas of business, development and digital innovation, training of our sales force and product divisions supported by strong content, international roll-outs to all Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein showrooms and digital projects with our product divisions.

The Position
The Training and Communication Coordinator will report to the Content Specialist. This role will focus on providing trainings to the stakeholders interacting with the digital selling tools in and off season and building and maintaining our community of digital selling ambassadors in our Amsterdam HQ and in all the locations with digital selling capacities.

In this role the Training and Communication Coordinator will assist the digital selling team in all seasonal activities leading to market launch (4 times a year).

This role requires excellent organization and communication skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Success for this role will be ensuring the sales teams are fully ready and confident to kick-off the selling season and building a strong relationship with all stakeholders locally and within our international markets.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate trainings and learning activities on the digital selling tools for our stakeholders: Sales teams, divisions, Tech-Support.

  • Create and maintain training materials (manuals, tutorials) on various platforms

  • Organize trainings and team building activities for the Digital Product team (Digital Selling and B2B Webshops)

  • Support newly rolled-out locations in their digital transformation journey and the adoption of the digital selling tools by providing trainings, support and dedicated communication campaigns

  • Give demonstrations of the digital selling tools remotely and in-person

  • Support with seasonal market launch prep activities: marketing content upload, users’ trainings, technical support, administrative tasks etc.

  • Build, maintain and activate a community of super users via key seasonal catch-up moments (Super Users Day) and dedicated communication campaigns

  • Support with in/off-season communication toward all users and stakeholders

  • Be the point of contact for the seasonal International Market Buys during and outside of the selling season.

  • Support the Digital Product team with logistic and administrative tasks (maintaining users databases, setting-up meetings etc.)

The Ideal Candidate

  • 1 - 3 years of function-relevant working experience

  • Master’s degree

  • Excellent project management and organization skills

  • Pro-active and Service minded: eager to help those in need of information

  • Collaborative: able to liaise closely across different levels of the organization

  • Open minded and resourceful, always looking for solutions and helpful

  • Flexible; comfortable working in a fast-paced and fast-changing environment

  • Team player with an interest in digital innovation

  • Strong, confident, compelling communicator with developed presentation skills

  • Excellent written and spoken language skills in English and ability to work in multi-cultural & multi-lingual environment

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and Apple Keynote
