GENERAL SUMMARY: u00A0We are looking for a highly motivated individual that will support Human Resources in conducting the orientation and onboarding of new hires. Duties will include but not be limited to scheduling training classes, organizing and preparing orientation materials, presenting courses, and effectively measuring training efforts. Focus will be on ensuring all new hire training programs run smoothly and effectively. u00A0POSITION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:u00A0u00A0u00A0 Administer, track, and evaluate all New Hire Orientation and Onboarding training in accordance and compliance with the People Pillaru00A0u00A0u00A0 Develop and promote positive working relationships with new hires, peers, leaders and clients.u00A0u00A0u00A0 Meet with trainers, supervisors, Human Resources, and Benefits coordinators to review training materials and processesu00A0u00A0u00A0 Schedule and coordinate training for multiple, sometimes simultaneous, training sessionsu00A0u00A0u00A0 Organize and maintain training venues, logistics, and equipment.u00A0u00A0u00A0 Participate on HR & company committees.u00A0u00A0u00A0 Work with Excellence Coordinators and HR to help track compliance and results of orientation.u00A0u00A0u00A0 Assist HR team with yearly learning plan creation/set up andu00A0 training of all employeesu00A0u00A0u00A0 Assist in other clerical duties in HR.u00A0u00A0u00A0 All other duties as assignedu00A0SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:u00A0u00A0u00A0 Previous facilitator experienceu00A0u00A0u00A0 Excellent organizational and time management skillsu00A0u00A0u00A0 Professional communication and demeanoru00A0u00A0u00A0 Ability to present ideas, concepts, issues, concerns, and questions in a well thought out, positive, and professional manner to employeesu00A0u00A0u00A0 Excellence presentation skills and ability to foster an atmosphere of teamwork with othersu00A0u00A0u00A0 Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPointu00A0u00A0u00A0 Able to work independentlyu00A0u00A0u00A0 Must be willing to work in a plant/industrial environmentu00A0u00A0EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT: High School Diploma/ GED; Associates Degree or two years of college coursework in Communications, HR, or similar field preferred but not required; experience in lieu of degree will be considered. u00A0u00A0EOE/Vet/Disabledu00A0
