Training Systems Analyst II

Profile

Salary: $83000 / year (little bit of flexibility depending on experience)
Provides information system administration and support to the Epic Practice Management/EpicCare clinical modules and/or other IT systems. Utilize analytical skills to build/maintain clinical system(s). Responsible for training environment maintenance, training, instructional design and end user support as directed by management. Monitors system issues, uses analytical skills to troubleshoot clinical and business-related issues including end user difficulties. Shows ability and competency to work on most phases of training system needs, workflow analysis, build, design, testing and programming activities but requires instruction, guidance and mentoring in other phases.
Must have Ted 300 certification
At least 3 years' experience in: Clinical healthcare operations
Developing technical training materials and curriculum
Ability to translate clinical and operating requirements into clear, specific and actionable system configurations and ability to implement those configurations.
Ability to train, test and audit personally developed system configurations, to ensure functional training environment accuracy.
Proficiency in use of desktop computer systems and experience in use of clinical or practice management systems
