Maintenance\u00A0Manager in Training (MMIT) GENERAL SUMMARY:Develops\u00A0and coordinates\u00A0implementation of Pilgrims Maintenance Pillar and supporting SAP technology, through\u00A0maintenance\u00A0managers, planners and supervisors, to improve equipment reliability, predictive and preventive maintenance,\u00A0and work force effectiveness.\u00A0ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Develops preventive maintenance program in conjunction with engineering, plant maintenance staff and equipment suppliers. Leads, along\u00A0with Maintenance Directors, the continuous improvement\u00A0of the\u00A0Pilgrims Maintenance Pillar, and materials to communicate expectations, processes, and tools. Leads initiatives, with IT technical support,\u00A0on how\u00A0best to utilize SAP and technology capabilities to improve processes, data capture and spend/reliability analysis.\u00A0 Provides Maintenance Pillar and SAP\u00A0education and training for plant maintenance teams\u00A0to improve work performance and\u00A0equipment reliability. Develops\u00A0and automates\u00A0metrics to track maintenance performance. Develops maintenance budget templates and\u00A0trains maintenance management on process. Analyzes and compares equipment spend across plants to identify and communicate best practices to maintain equipment\u00A0and improve equipment performance. Interfaces with equipment suppliers to obtain manuals and\u00A0optimal spend recommendations. Develops master PM templates,\u00A0content\u00A0and optimal spend\u00A0for critical equipment. Serves as the\u00A0Pilgrims expert on SAP functionality and procedures. Serves as liaison with Corporate Safety and QA to insure maintenance processes support our people and food safety initiatives. Must be able to travel 50% of time, with overnight stays of 1-4 days. Must be able to work independently and exhibit Pilgrim values to uphold maintenance pillar. Must be able to traverse processing areas and equipment. MUST BE ABLE TO RELOCATE\u00A0EDUCATION:Typically requires an Associate\u2019s Degree or completion of Vocational/Technical specialty certification/licensure program in a related field.\u00A0EXPERIENCE:Typically requires a minimum of 5 years\u00A0of DIRECTLY RELATED experience. DIRECTLY RELATED work experience will be accepted on a year-for-year basis in lieu of the educational requirement.\u00A0\u00A0Proven experience and aptitude\u00A0to quickly learn, apply and teach technology and software solutions.\u00A0EOE/Vet/Disabled\u00A0
