Performing tasks related to PeopleSoft Technologies, including but not limited to: Complete an assessment of the current training program and provide recommendations for a complete training program.

Complete a training needs assessment for current and new employees.

Provide instruction in beginner and advanced PeopleCode development techniques.

Provide guidance with PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) delta assessments.

Code new programs and modules as well as code changes to existing programs and modules.

Support CIO staff with all PeopleTools upgrades and retrofitting activities.

Assist with training of specialized coding including, but not limited to, microfocus COBOL, Fluid, and SQR.

Training Developer

Develops and conducts information technology training. Promotes the use of technology and assists staff to make the best use of existing and emerging management tools. Develops and maintains central Intranet web pages.

Expert 84 months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. 84 Months Experience performing instruction in beginner and advanced PeopleCode development techniques.

36 Months Experience assessing existing training programs and creating training programs.

36 Months Experience completing training needs assessments for developers.

36 Months Experience developing new programs and modules as well as code changing existing programs and modules.

36 Months Experience performing PeopleTools upgrades and retrofitting activities.

24 Months Experience developing/training in specialized coding including, but not limited to, microfocus COBOL, Fluid, and SQR.

24 Months Experience performing PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) delta assessments.
